1-Day Creating in the Field:   ‘Art in the Autoyard’   May 17th   /   July 12th , 2008

Explore the unlimited image-making possibilities of Art in the Autoyard. We’ll visit a junkyard with old cars, trucks,

tractors & buses. Call it a ‘textural tour’ if you will…The only thing holding you back is your imagination…  

 

5-Day Bruce Peninsula:   A Photographers Retreat’  June 5-8th & 22nd*, 2008

Bring your creativity to a new level while discovering the beauty of the Bruce Peninsula.

Explore the unique land & waterscape potential with the aid of hands on instruction, inspirational lessons

& personal assignments. You’ll experience the joy of learning in a calm, relaxed ‘retreat- like’ environment.

Workshops are based out of the Lion’s Head area with many hidden gems nearby on our daytrips.

*Evaluation day is held at a later date for valuable critique of your images.

 

1-Day Summer Solstice:   ‘A Summer Celebration’   June 28th ,2008

Held in the Inglewood/Georgetown area of Ontario, this is a photographic celebration of the beginning of summer

& all the potential it brings. Marshes, landscapes & roadside delights will be explored with emphasis on visual design.

 

1-Day Lens Painting: ‘In-Camera Creative Techniques’   September 13th  New

Tired of sitting at your computer thinking there must be an easier way…Well there is! Learn how to make beautiful imagery using in-camera techniques without the use of a computer. This Playshop is for the artist within all of us.

 

1-Day Fall Equinox:   ‘Emotion in Autumn Colour’   September 27th , 2008  /  October 18th

Held in the Forks of the Credit/ Belfountain area of Ontario, this is an exploration of autumn colour & how it affects our emotional state & passion for photography. This area is full of creative potential for any photographer/ artist.

 

4-Day Grey County:   ‘The Heart of Grey County’   Oct 3-5th & 26th * , 2008 

Explore the wonder of Grey County & let the magic of autumn inspire you to new photographic heights. We’ll visit 3 waterfalls as well as captivating waterways/landscapes in search of colour & creative possibilities in this diverse area.

 

*Evaluation Day   (Applicable on 4 & 5 day workshops only)

 

Held in the GTA following the workshop, we meet for evaluation & discussion of images made on the workshop.

Participants enjoy & learn from each other’s work and receive valuable critique, an important part of the

visual design experience.    (Participants from1-Day workshops can e-mail instructor for critique).
